At Buckin’ Bass RV Park, we take pride in providing a clean, peaceful, and well-maintained environment where all guests can enjoy their stay. To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of every visitor, we kindly ask that you review and follow the rules and policies outlined below.
By staying with us, you agree to abide by these guidelines. Failure to comply may result in warnings, fines, or removal from the property without refund. Our goal is to foster a respectful community and protect the park for all who visit.

Booking & Check-in
Reservations are made online through our booking system. Phone resverations are accepted as well.
We allow reservations up to 6 months prior to your arrival date.
We are proud to offer 5% discount to all US Active Duty Military and Veterans.

Our booking software offers third party “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance, available for purchase at the time of reservation.
- Check-in: between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm
- Check-out: by 11:00 am
Failure to check-out by 11:00 a.m. will result in an additional night’s charge.
We will do our best to accomidate after hours check-ins. No check-ins 30 minutes from sunset.
We do not have a specific age requirement for RVs. Although, customer RVs must be presentable and well maintained. We reserve the right to deny service based on RV condition.
We accept cash, cashier’s checks, and debit or credit cards (online only).
Site Info & Amenities
All of our sites are full hookup, back-in sites. They have 50/30/20 amp recepticals, city water, landscaping, and paver patios.
Our park offers 24 hour security, 10 boat slips availble for rent, a fish cleaning station, and laundry.

Yes, provided owners keep pets leashed at all times while outside of their RV. Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of immediately.
We do not offer Wi-Fi or Cable at the park. We recommend satellite/cellular internet and online TV/streaming services.

Quiet hours are 9:00 pm – 7:00 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Anything that can be heard outside of your RV during these hours is too loud.
Visitors are welcome between the hours of 9:00 am – 8:00 pm.
Rates are based on the number of guests specified at the time of reservation. Additional guests are allowed at a rate of $5 per person/per night. All guests 18+ must agree to the rules and regulations of the park. Unauthorized overnight guests will result in loss of payment and removal from the park.
No. Skirting and decking is not permitted at the park. Your RV must be readily movable within 24 hours notice in the event of an emergency.
No, storage bins, loose items, or clutter are not allowed to be stored under or around your RV. RV sites must be kept tidy and free of unnecessary items to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all guests.
Yes, outdoor furniture and pop-up canopy tents are allowed on your patio as long as they are kept neat and in good condition. We ask that all items be secured properly and removed if severe weather is expected to maintain the safety and appearance of the park.
Our goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests. If a rule is violated, you may receive a verbal or written warning depending on the severity of the issue. Repeated or serious violations — including unsafe behavior, failure to comply with management instructions, or disturbance to others — may result in immediate removal from the park without refund. In cases of refusal to leave, law enforcement will be contacted and the RV or vehicle will be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
Extended Stays
Yes — we welcome guests who wish to stay for an extended period, whether for a season, a few months, or longer. However, we operate under Florida Statute Chapter 513 as a licensed recreational vehicle park. All guests are considered transient visitors and must maintain a recreational, non-residential use of the site.
Each extended stay is subject to monthly registration and approval to ensure compliance with park rules and regulations.
Please note: This is not a permanent residence. Guests may not establish legal residency or receive mail at the park address.
Guests may stay for as long as they wish, provided they re-register monthly and remain in good standing with park rules. We do not offer leases or permanent site assignments.
We accept packages only, such as deliveries from Amazon, UPS, or FedEx. Please ensure your name and site number are clearly labeled.
We do not accept regular U.S. Mail (letters, bills, postcards, etc.)
Buckin’ Bass RV Park is a recreational facility, not a residence, and mail delivery is not permitted under our park policy.
